1. EaSTE ( English as Subject for Teachers and educators) online training prograam for PSTs of primary schools.
2. In this prograam teachers will complete 5 Modules in two years
3. Each module consist of 6 units
4. Each unit will complete in 1 week
5. Each unit time is 3 hours
6. in this 1st week teacher will only complete one unit in 3 hours , mean you can watch online unit course in 3 hours in whole week.
7. in online course , teacher can ask questions in discussion forum and concern AEO will answer the questions
8. in every month, 1st or 2nd friday ( time decide AEO) of every month online meeting community of practice will be conduct by AEO of all PSTs teachers of primary school on microsoft team for discussion and progress of course of training.
9. in six weeks , teachers will complete online six units in 18 hours ( one unit per week in 3 hours)
10. 7th week to 18th week( 3 months) , teachers apply module concept in classroom during lesson , AEO will observe lesson during visit by using COT form and give feed back.
11. one module will complete in Aprox. 5 months
12. After 5 month, next 2nd module will start
13. Now 1st module named Oral Communication Skills started. teachers complete one unit in 3 hours in every week ( total six units )
14. Online meeting will be conduct on microsoft team,
15. Link of meeting will be share by AEO ,teacher will join online session
